Welcome to Southern Chics Online, ya'll come on in. Southern Chics is a family owned screen printing company that is located in Calhoun City, MS. We not only have our own line, but also do design work for school functions, family reunions, church groups, business logos, and much more.

For all of you who do not know me personally my name is Deana Marter and I am 34 years old and mother of two precious children. I have been designing and hand painting t-shirts since I was 12 years old. Before I was of driving age my parents took me to arts and crafts festivals and flea markets to sell my shirts. At that time I also made hairbows, button covers, jewelry, and decorated flip flops. When I was in high school I painted shirts for schools, cheerleader squads, gymnastic teams, racing teams, and also sold to clothing stores, gift shops, and beauty salons for resale. Designing and hand painting t-shirts has been one of the loves of my life for over 22 years. In 2006 my brother,Steve,attended a screenprinting school in Atlanta, Georgia and soon after he completed the course he taught me the art of screen printing. I went from holding a paintbrush to pushing a squeege in a short period of time. I am so thankful to have family and friends that have supported me my entire life. They have always been there for me and still are. We at Southern Chics are family and friends to each other. We are all unique in our own way. Since 2006 our staff and family have met lots of wonderful members from other screen printing organizations and t-shirt companies;such as Big Country, Tipsy Turtle, Sweet Thing, 'Sippi Girlz, and many more. We wish them all lots of good will and fortune. To all our customers you are what has made Southern Chics who we are.
